Lifeline’s AutoAlert system features advanced automatic fall detection technology that will call for assistance if the wearer is unable to do so.  A new topic will be explored the second Monday of each month at 2:00 PM.  For more information about Senior Partner In-Home Care at One Senior Place, visit their website at www.SeniorPartnerCare.com or call (321) 751-6771.

Senior Partner In-Home Care Director of Partnership Development, Alexandra Larson explains how a PERS can be a true lifeline in the event of a fall.

“A medic alert device can be a lifesaver for a senior who falls, particularly in the bath or shower, where falls are most common,” said Larson.  “We’ll look at devices that can detect your fall and automatically call for assistance if you’re unable to push the button.  The ability to get help quickly and independently is key to remaining safe at home.”
