What to do when you don’t know what to do? – A series on brain health.

The brain is an amazing three pound organ that controls all functions of the body. It interprets information and embodies our intelligence, creativity, emotion, and memory. What happens when something goes wrong?

Join us weekly through this series as we talk about the ABC’s of Dementia, diagnosis and testing, capacity, aging in place, brain bank, end of life, hearing, brain exercises, healthy cooking, and overall brain health. Each week a different speaker will discuss these topics. Resources and information will be given out at each session.

Masks are required for in house seating.
