Maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle is crucial to aging successfully.  Today, seniors have a wide variety of opportunities to stay active.  The local senior centers are a great place to start.  They offer everything from exercise classes, computer and art classes, travel groups, dance lessons and safe driving courses.  Fees for the events are usually nominal.  Here is a list of some of the local senior centers in Orlando:
