Legacy Harbor Memory Resource Center

Brevard County residents touched by age-related memory disorders have a new and powerful ally.  Legacy Harbor, a Memory Resource Center is now open at One Senior Place.

As with senior care services in general, Brevard's memory resources are scattered all over the map.  Besides the obvious difficulty this causes for consumers at a time when they are least able to deal with it, fragmentation in the provider network can lead to duplication of services or more often - and even worse - underutilized resources and unmet needs.

At Legacy Harbor, we are dedicated to bringing you the information needed about the many resources in Brevard that serve memory loss and dementia care.  In addition, we want you to have access to information about what dementia is, treatments, coping skills and much, much more.  Be sure and check back often as we continue to bring you additional information!
