One Senior Place is the first and still only business of its kind… a one-stop resource and shopping center that provides information, counseling and referrals, events and activities, and direct access to independent providers of senior products and services… all under one roof. For senior consumers and their families, it’s a compelling value proposition unavailable anywhere else.
A wealth of services are available, most of them at no cost, including a free private consultation with a professional Elder Care Manager, and use of on-site resource centers that include the Senior Resource Library, and Senior Places, Florida’s only Living Options Showroom. One Senior Place visitors enjoy a calendar packed with events and activities such as health fairs, presentations, seminars, college courses, club meetings, political candidate forums, exercise classes, and more.
One Senior Place is a new concept that re-invents the senior market by creating a conduit between aging consumers and the companies that exist to serve them. This direct channel empowers seniors and their adult children to research and shop for senior services and products the way they would for anything else, allowing them to bypass the venerable but inefficient "professional referral" model that for decades gave directives rather than options.
