Special Guest Speaker - Major General Titus C. Hall will
share his military experiences.  His military decorations and awards include the Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Distinguished Flying Cross, Bronze Star Medal, and Meritorious Service Medal with oak leaf cluster and Air Medal with two oak leaf clusters.
