"Managing the Big Four" explains the importance of four areas of concern - how  they impact the individual, ideas on preventing these areas of concern, and simple remedies that can improve quality of life and keep seniors more independent. 

Medication - learn about risk factors for needless medications, medication mismanagement and solutions

Nutrition - learn the basics of nutritional needs and risk factors in the elderly and helpful tips on solving these issues

Safety - identify areas of concern as we age and some easy remedies

Socialization - the importance of social interaction continues throughout all of life, learn how this can impact overall well-being
