One Senior Place is pleased to invite you to a GALA fundraising event

for Brevard Alzheimer's Foundation



...for over 14 years, our community-based provider of information and services to those impacted by
Alzheimer's and dementia. 

This event is also an opportunity for 
One Senior Place and
Brevard Alzheimer's Foundation to salute

...for his years of unwavering dedication, tireless efforts and enormous achievements on behalf of our neighbors living with the devastating affects of dementia and Alzheimer's disease. 

Thursday, April 30th
6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

In honor of Joe, a donation of $25 per person or $40 per couple is requested, payable at the door the evening of the event.  All proceeds benefit Brevard Alzheimer's Foundation. 

Exquisite hors d'oeuvres and fine wine will be served.
